Driver Hits House, Severs Gas Line In Bloomington

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — The Bloomington Fire Department said a driver struck a house and severed a gas line Wednesday evening, but crews were able to shut the gas off before the incident became more serious.

The department said the crash occurred at 106th Street and Xerxes Avenue.

No one was injured.

Both police and CenterPoint Energy responded to the scene as well.
