    It’s a nice apartment building but they do not have enough parking for all of the tenants that live there and they make it your problem. Every other week it seems you have to move your car due to a snow emergency or some sort of maintenance. The streets are always packed with cars because they offer barely any reliable parking. And if you don’t move your car in time they’ll have it towed. $350 to get your car out of impound when you already pay a lot in rent money. Not worth it. 90% of the time the entryways reek of pot, too.

    Incredible Team. They are very professional and treat every occupant with great respect. Living conditions are 5+ and the building and grounds are extremely well maintained.

    I gave it a two stars because of how nice and newer feel the building and appartements have but the price of rent was as high as the newer apartments around the area that actually have enough parking lots for all their residents with no extra charges, that have a private party room with windows, that have a pool or sauna/jacuzzi and multiple other amenities. Also Steven Scott’s management was so much more better than pinnacle , (they were literally changing new people in the office every 5months), and also was charged over 2k to change the carpet in 2 bedrooms. Do not live there.

    I would like to give a high rating for 5 Central, as it has been such a good living experience for my family and I! I also want to say thank you to the 2 wonderful ladies who work on staff, as they are always friendly, professional, accommodating, and quick to respond whenever I have contacted them. This apartment is in the perfect location, close to my work and my child's school, and it is safe and well maintained. The building is kept in great shape, has a nice exercise room, and a coffee/latte machine for all residents to use! The rent cost is a little higher than what I would prefer to pay, but I have found it is really worth it. An added bonus--we residents are offered a nice breakfast of bagels and cream cheese about 3 times a year down in the lobby--something that I never had at my previous apartment. Another plus--having indoor/underground parking--such a blessing when it is raining or snowing! So a definite five star rating. : )

    I would NOT recommend this apartment as they are managed by Steven Scott, who is likely to charge you a lot after you move out. I lived in another property managed by Steven Scott (Creekside Apartment at 200 Nathan Ln N, Plymouth, MN) for more than three years. The living experience there is good, but after I moved out, I received a big bill for extra cleaning and carpet replacement with surprise. I had hired a person to do a very thorough cleaning for an entire afternoon before moving out, and got only a couple of comments during final walk-through. However, I was still charged for 6 hours of cleaning at hourly rate of $35. For carpet, I was told three times I do not need to clean the carpet and it would be the responsibility of the leasing office, when I gave my move-out notice, during the pre move-out inspection, and during the final walk-through. After move out, however, they sent me a bill for carpet replacement because they claimed they cannot clean the carpet. The bill came after the carpet had been replaced, and they didn't even try to communicate their intent to replace it before the actual replacement. I think they just want to replace the carpet after the renter moved out and they would like to direct that cost to the renter. I tried to work with their management to resolve this but got confirmation from their top management team that what I experienced is their standard practice. I was shocked to find this and figured they would treat other renters at other apartments they manage the same way. That's why I would like to share my experience and warn their potential customers to get prepared for this if you still choose to live in apartments they manage. Good luck!
