My husband and I moved in March 2022, we are new to the area, and Mary made the process so easy and enjoyable! This last weekend they opened the pool up and had a cute party! The pool is amazing, and really so is the rest of the grounds and the building. The staff and the property is great!

We have only been here for a month, but so far so wonderful. We love it and appreciate all the new amenities they are putting in place. Mary, Tearra, and Alyssa have been so helpful and welcoming. Maintenance was also great and very quick. Looking forward to seeing what our next year, at the least, brings us here!

Hi, My name is Carter Adams, I lived in Building 3817 during 2021, and Ballantrae/Sentinel Apartments stole $900 directly from me. I was relocated for work, and came to a deal with current tenants who were being relocated inside of the complex because their apartment had a warping floor from water damage and a bug infestation that could not be resolved with them living in the apartment... great start right? The Ballantrae management team told me to pay my rent for the entire month... in whole... and however long I resided there would be what they charged, and the rest of the paid rent would be refunded;
(I was told directly to do this by the management, even after I questioned with concerns of how long it would take to get refunded.... because who wants to have $900 taken from them for 1-2 months during a pandemic) and when I signed a Tenant Replacement Form that stated all rights and obligations under the lease were terminated for the effective date 11/13/2021. I expected to receive a refund for 11/14/2021-11/30/2021... They then told me that the tenants that were replacing us did not move in on that date, so they were charging us for the month. When there is clear documentation that we had no rights or obligations to the lease as of 11/13/2021, and the new tenants who were now the owners of the lease, were responsible. Also, when you have a problem of any kind, expect to have to call the office 3-6 times for an answer, and when you need to talk to someone in person... Good luck...

Great place to live! Great location, very clean, amazing management, and friendly neighbors. Management does a fantastic job communicating things that are happening in the community and responds quickly.
