I have been currently been living at 1276 Eastside apartments for a little over a month and I love it Maria ali the manager is very welcoming and just a good person in general . The staff really do care about their tenants Junior gallan is an amazing maintenance man everytime I need something fixed or if I have a problem with anything he is on it . I definitley love my management crew and love living in these apartments 💜
When I was applying to move in. The manager Maria made me feel already welcome. I was got denied the first time, but I came back a month or so later and applied again and she honored everything she said she was going to do. I heard a lot of bad things about theses apartments but since i moved in in October I have not had any problems
I love my apartment!! I've been living at ESA 1276 for seven years. The entire staff is awesome! Maria Ali , Julie DeBilzan and La Guthrie truly care about their tenants! The building owner takes care of his business and the tenants! Maintenance team are Rockstars!! The entire staff are VERY efficient! I lived here for 2 years & moved out on January 3rd 2021. Never gave them a hard time, always paid rent on time. And when I moved out, never heard anything about my deposit. I called and called to ask about it and no one seem to answer me. After 2 months they finally answered and told me their gonna work on my deposit. Today I received my deposit of 234$ . I gave 900 when I moved in. The apartment was not painted! The carpet was old, and we didn’t want to deal with it so we just Left it like that! I can’t believe how they are! I have videos of how clean I left the apartment when I moved out, I did a walk through the apartment with somebody and they were in surprise of how great we left it . And for what? So that we will get not even half of what we paid ! I would never recommend this place. After this experience. I will still fight for this, because what they wrote down for what they “ use the money for “ doesn’t make sense! You guys need better staffing !
My very first day joining this team I was met by disgruntled neglected residents. I gave the property the benefit of the doubt anyway. They have a very inexperienced manager who has is allowed the excuse of "stress" and being a "new manager" to speak to her employees so disrespectfully and not be held accountable what so ever. Reporting to her manager did absolutely nothing. I was told to shut my mouth multiple times, at times completely ignored, and once addressed the issues I was then shunned basically it's only a matter of time before the residence will get the same treatment. I feel terrible for the misrepresentation I gave to any future residence I had any meetings or showings with. Those that have options to move very encouraged those in limbo of getting in there good luck you'll need it save all your receiptsa documents they have no kind of order or due diligence!!
