I moved to this apartment in June 2022. The first few months were fine. Any minor issues were taken care of quickly and the property manager, Rachel, was helpful. Recently she left and it’s been substantially harder to get any maintenance request completed since then or a timely, professional response in general. For example, my apartment is incredibly hot and getting way too much heat this winter and I’ve followed up multiple times over the last few weeks to get it fixed without success. It’s making the space feel unlivable. The apartment themselves are fine, the website descriptions are accurate and you get what you pay for. I just wish I could get a response and have issues dealt with quickly and without multiple follow ups over weeks. UPDATE: After posting this review, maintenance apologized for the delay and fixed the issue. My apartment is feeling much better. I wish it had been resolved sooner but happy it got done!
It's a great place but the highway noise is bad. The inner, western units probably don't have this problem but with my unit there is a constant 25-40 dB of noise night and day. That said, everything else is great. The apartments have charm and the property managers are fantastic so if you can find a quiet spot, or if this doesn't bother you, I would recommend.
Signed lease in June. Absolutely love it here, Rachel and the rest of the management team are a dream to work with. Everyone is super friendly, we love our neighbors, there is so much storage space and parking, and it is located just 8 minutes from downtown and 2 minutes from the west end. Although it is an older building it is well maintained and the property managers are timely in their replies to maintenance requests. The units are super cute and homey, I don’t think we could have picked a better place to live for the price! Love The Park at 100 Apartments and everything about them.
I would highly recommend living in an apartment at THE PARK at one hundred for many reasons! 1. Great location. Walking and biking paths literally in your backyard, easy access to highways, super close to the west end restaurants and shops, and honestly a great price for apartments these days. 2. The apartment staff makes it a delight to live here. They are very personable and attentive. The staff truly cares for the building and the people in it. They would bring in packages every day and always be available for questions or help with anything. Rachel was absolutely great to work with! She had my number and texted me if my package was delivered or when I was accidentally not parked in an actual parking spot (snow just melted) she was able to kindly let me know so I could move my car! 3. Great storage. Huge reason this worked so well for me. I have accumulated so many things from college (lots of art and graphic design supplies), moving out of parents house, and bigger sports equipment (hockey equipment, broomball stuff, golf bag, rollerblades, snowmobile suit/winter jackets, etc.) which is a lot to store when downsizing to an apartment. The closets alone fit my things comfortably with no clutter!! Amazing for someone who has a lot of stuff and hates clutter!! 4. Best welcome into the apartment! Updated appliances and space was clean when I moved in. They gave a welcome packet with information about everything I needed to know and a couple little goodies. They made it clear how to set up everything and vise versa when moving out! 5. Reasonable deposit and clear expectations for breaking a lease (also reasonable price that doesn’t change), how things looks inside (tours/space and measurement of rooms/laundry area), etc. You know EXACTLY what you are going to get when you sign up for this apartment. Which is more important than you think. Saying this from experience. 6. Background noise should be something people like these days. I saw a negative review for it but I disagree. The highway is the perfect work from home white noise. I think I would of gone a little stir crazy living alone and working from home alone if I didn’t have that subtle light sound of cars zooming. Kind of like sleeping with a fan so you don’t hear ringing silence. 7. Safe neighborhood. Although this place accessible by the highway, it feels more like it’s part of a neighborhood. I like that its a little more tucked away compared to other busy roads in St. Louis Park. Most people taking this exit are taking it bc they live there, not just passing through. I hope this review is helpful for someone looking for a great place to live. Whether it’s for 6 months or for many years. You won’t regret choosing THE PARK at one hundred!
Very cute and spacious place. So much storage inside!!! Place is always clean and maintained. Lots of parking spaces for friends and family to visit. Love the monthly fee for unlimited use of washer and dryer plus it's on every floor. Location is perfect everything is so close! Utilities haven't been high either. They gave us new carpet and fresh paint which made it feel brand new. Really love this place! Everyone here is really quiet. Rental communication is always available thanks to Rachel and Annie and including the maintenance staff.
