Great place to live - I like it a lot.
Lived this place for 5 years . It’s quite and clean. Good location. Nice neighborhood and beautiful summer walks. I would have given better review if it wasn’t for the weird old dude in the office with glasses. He makes you feel uncomfortable. He’s unprofessional he would give people who are minorities different looks and dismiss their concerns. Loren was much better nicer and professional.
This place discriminates against senior citizens. They have openings and they refuse to accept an application only because the gentlemen is 80 years young. The place is a dump. It has rotted wooden balconies and nothing special here.
I lived at park place for close to ten years, the place is the best in minnesota, clean,quite and even offers free wifi. The staff id friendly and welcoming.everything works as it should. If you are looking for a place to call home look no further
The managment when ran by Loren was amazing. He left new management was horrible unprofessional talked about you when they didn't even know I was standing right by them. But got upset when I decided to move out. Then lied about damaged items on the walk through That I didn't have cause no one showed up. But conducted their own. But lucky I took pictures when I left. But they kept the building clean. I have to be honest about that. Just make sure you do your walk through WITH someone or your screwed cause they will make up stuff. Be ready for them to be upset when your say your moving & take pictures. Beautiful to look at but not worth the drama. It's a soap opera in the office the new Y&R.
