The staff and employees at Seasons Park have been very nice and helpful to me since living here. It was a God send to find a place with nice people that are very friendly and accepting of everyone. I couldn't have asked for a nicer place. A special thank you to Santiago and Pedro for all their help and making me feel so welcome.
New management and same issues! Plus they discriminate against minorities and the ones they are suppose to be helping. They want to hike my rent so high but I am still living in the same basic apartment I moved into 4 years ago! If I have to pay over a grand can I at least get a cockroach free apartment, maybe some new carpet, or how about some new linoleum? I see they are still misleading renters, what are community programs if the place is trash. Now watch them give me a false violation for being honest! Oh they also have a point system in place, too many points and bye bye. Why are you all lying on your reviews?? There are still mice and roaches and the "upgrades" are a joke. Unless you are near the office. I am still waiting on to hear back about some new carpet and linoleum. My ceiling and walls is starting to crack. Must be nice to get new unit but don't dismiss the real issues here. Yamilka Burdier is a horrible manager with a big ego. Starting to think she truly does dislike black folks. Never talk to you about issues or concerns just slaps you with fees after fees sinking you effectively. Someone tell the big boss I need a word with him!

Me and my soon to be husband have recently moved into one of the apartment at seasons park and the whole process of getting the place was awesome Andrea Delgado did everything she could to make us feel welcomed and make the process easier! The building and apartment have been renovated and it looks absolutely beautiful compared to so many other apartment complexes in the area! I 100% recommend.
If you're looking for someplace that's smoke free, drug free or noise free, then don't bother. They do nothing to enforce their lease agreements. There's never enough parking because of people taking up spaces who don't live here. Don't expect any accomodations with the time of inspections or maintenance, if you work 2nd or 3rd shifts. They don't care what time you sleep, someone will just come barging into your apartment or running power tools. Not to mention you will get less than 24hr notice every time, provided someone doesn't steal the notice off your door for no reason. Getting the parking lot plowed is a nightmare, again less than 24hr notice, and they expect every car from all of their buildings to park on one side street. And hopefully you don't expect to live here affordably long-term, your rent increases every year that you stay. So, you might as well live somewhere that costs more now, and have a better experience.
