My Bestie lives here. Nice amenities. She feels secure and safe. She loves the convenience of the location and proximity to Uptown spots within walking distance. Place is clean and good upkeep when I've visited.
Ghosted us for an apartment tour we scheduled a month earlier. We arrived early for our 11am tour (this is during scheduled office hours, so it was not an off day thing) and we got no answer at the call box (several times), no answer from the manager’s cellphone whom we called several times, and no response to email I sent saying we were out front. It’s been nearly a week and still no response from management as to why they ghosted us for our tour. Really disappointed that haven’t even had the decency to apologize for wasting our time as we waited outside for nearly 30 mins after our scheduled time!
Track 29 is a great place to live with awesome amenities. Trista and Kaleb are very professional and super responsive. Would highly recommend.
Just renewed my lease for another year at Track 29. I've been so impressed with all aspects of the building and renewing the lease was a no-brainer decision so I wanted to give them a well deserved 5 star review! The amenities are amazing and super well-maintained. Lap pool and gym are really decently sized and never feel crowded. The entire lobby is so plush my friends call the building "my hotel". The dog run and dog areas are super convenient and my puppy, Roxy was welcomed by the community and staff. Speaking of staff, all of them are super nice and Colin is always at the front desk to help with anything and receive packages. The building is always secure and, thought it's a large property, it's maintained far better than boutique properties I've lived at in the past. For such a big community, the amount of maintenance and cleaning is super impressive. Definitely can't fake that level of service. Maintenance is super quick and very thorough. Communication is constant and any concerns are addressed quickly and professionally. The apartment itself is beautiful with great finishes and tons of natural light. I have a corner unit on the 4th floor and I absolutely love it. Great views, white walls, and higher end appliances which is always a plus. Closet space is endless and the balconies are oversized compared to similar properties. The pricing is better than anything I've seen in the area when you're talking about the higher tier luxury properties. You're getting more square footage/amenities/service for your money than at a lot of other places and apartments that aren't the typical cookie cutter espresso/chrome/cheap white tile look. Plus the location is pretty unbeatable. Right next to Lyndale but not so central that it's obnoxious to get around or makes the building feel claustrophobic. I'm so excited to make this place even more of a home going into this second year and I plan on renewing a third year as well. My only criticism would be that the one bedrooms don't get much bigger than around 750 sq feet but that's just a personal preference as I'd like to move to a bigger place for my third year and definitely don't want to leave the building! I can't speak to the issues others have had with move out charges but I'll update when I experience that as well. Overall, can't recommend my little home in Uptown enough!
Living at track 29 was the best decision my significant other and I made. It's been 2 years and I am so sad that we are leaving this place. I will truly miss track 29! Thank you for this wonderful experience- I am so thankful to have such amazing neighbors too. It was a quiet floor level 🤣
