We had an 8 foot wide couch that was around $700 and barely over a year old. Unfortunately, after struggling to barely squeeze it up the stairway to the top floor, we were forced to part with it due to it being too big a fit to negotiate the corners leading into and through the door. The maintenance gentleman did everything he could to help us get a few extra inches (such as removing the unit door and taking out a light fixture), but we were still unable to get it in. We love the unit we're in, but we are disappointed we were forced to part with the sofa. If you're on the second or third story of any particular unit, be cautious if you have a large sofa and maybe consider a sectional.

Cons:
- No security: My bike was stolen from our underground garage. When I called the police, we figured out all their security cameras are out of order!
- Charges: They keep charging you big bucks for small things. Example: $100 for garage remote replacement, $200 for adding roommate.
- Broken promises: The study room was supposed to remain open after office hours but they still haven't fulfilled their promise after months! Pros: responsive maintenance

Had to get our AC replaced, someone came and checked it out on a Saturday and it was replaced the following Monday. There was no evidence of there being someone inside and the new unit works perfectly. Job very well done

My AC units were intermittently working and no longer keeping our apartment cool. Brittany, Joe and our nice maintenance team came to the rescue and replaced both AC units that quit working. We would recommend anyone looking for a home to rent..rent from valley creek apartments.

I've held off on writing this review for awhile because I wanted to give management the benefit of doubt.
When I first moved in a year ago not even 30 days of living here my car was broken into. I asked my
neighbors in the garage if they saw anything & they all told me they had their cars broken into the first
year they moved in. ?? that was a very odd coincidence. The title is luxury apartments but there was
only one camera and no security in the neighborhood. After writing a detailed email about my frustration
they installed more cameras. They ask the residents to submit work orders online and send emails but
sometimes it doesn't work. I once had a mildew/possibly mold issue in my bathroom submitted a work
order didn't get a response when I called and informed the office I have asthma then I received another
work order and got it fixed after 2 weeks. In December I was offered a 250$ credit for my lease that was
going to be up in march. Despite the previous issues I had the location is a good middle ground & finding
a new apartment during covid has been hard so I renewed my lease. In February I went in to go over my
lease agreement, I showed the email they sent me for the credit and I thought I wouldn't have an issue. I
got my statement for March & sent an email out because the credit was missing. I still paid on time
because mistakes happen. I then went into the office & spoke to two different people of the management
team they apologized for the inconvenience and explained to me that someone above them would apply
the credit. She took my phone number and email and said she would contact me within a week. Today is
now April 23rd. No call no email no nothing.I have yet to receive anything. I think its ridiculous that I have
to almost beg/follow up for the incentive they offered me. This was my first apartment and I was hoping it
was going to be a pleasant experience sad to say it wasn't.
