Shared laundry is absolutely disgusting and have ruined my clothes using them, corridors smell of Oder, must and dirt. You will have issues with boxelder and stink bugs. Quiet neighborhood, walls are thin.

Love the location. It is close to work and in a nice neighborhood. There is more than enough parking, compared to my last place which is a nice change.

Its in a great location, as it is hidden in a residential neighborhood. My neighbors are all really great and the apartments are nicely redone.
